All our work is carried out to New Zealand Electrical Standards AS/NZS 3760 and our repairs all come with a 3 month warranty on our labour and parts we have fitted.
We repair all genuine ghd models (including the MK2, MK3, MK3.1, MK3.1b, Salon SS Wide, Mini stylers, MK4 IV irons).
In most cases your repaired GHD'S should be returned to you in 5 working days once we receive them and payment has been cleared.
99% of our repairs are $99.00
We repair most small faults with single parts for just $99.00. This includes our Technicians Labour, the part required and return courier.
Single part includes element or lead or thermal fuse or resistor or backing plate.
Does not include outer casing, PC Board.
In the unlikely event your GHD has multiple faults and requires more parts, we will contact you with a quote before repairing.

If your GHD is beyond repair or if you decide not to go ahead with the repair:

OPTION 1: We will refund you $99.00 less our inspection / Quote Fee of $25.00 and return your broken GHDs back to you.

Please note: Unrepaired items are returned unassembled.

OPTION 2: We keep your broken GHDs and refund you $99.00 in full.

OPTION 3: Use your $99.00 that you have already paid to go towards purchasing our New V2 MK3 Professional Hair Straightener plus we will give you $20.00 trade in on your broken GHDs.
We will contact you first and discuss your options.
Please do not send in fake GHDs as we would have to charge you to return them and we do not repair counterfeit GHDs hair straighteners.

Please note: Unrepaired or fake ghd's are returned unassembled.
